Over the past month, I’ve been in a lot of rooms with women—and no matter the space, the same quiet truth kept surfacing: “I’m tired… and something feels off.” Not surface-level tired, but the kind that builds from holding everything together for too long. This is what led me to create the Enough Already Reset—a space to pause, be honest, and come back to yourself.

For the past 5 years, I didn’t just keep the lights on. I fought tooth and nail for every contract, every grant, every opportunity to keep our programs alive. I carried the grief, the leadership, the work, and the hope for what this could still become. And I couldn’t have done it without the support of my community.

Salt + Soil is more than a retreat — it’s a space for real healing, soul work, and coming home to yourself. After years of building for others, we’re creating something of our own. Rooted in presence, intention, and lived experience — this is the beginning.
