I help communities talk about the things that actually save lives.
Most organizations don’t need another inspirational talk.
They need spaces where people can tell the truth, build connections, and reduce harm before a crisis hits.
My speaking work is rooted in my leadership with RISE TOGETHER — a peer-led prevention organization that supports youth, families, and educators through storytelling, connection, and research-backed practices.
Through RISE and my personal work as a speaker and author, I create conversations that help people:
-
name what they’re carrying
-
reconnect with their voice and self-worth
-
strengthen connection and resilience in real, human ways
This isn’t about fixing people.
It’s about helping them feel less alone and more willing to reach for support.

What People Say
High School Student
"You spoke at my school today and the things you said unexpectedly hit very close to home. Personally, I'm a huge perfectionist and, just like you, I never feel as if I'm enough. Your words were impactful, assured me I wasn't alone, and that I have hope for the future."
Storytelling Workshop Attendee
"Thank you for sharing your story. The combination of emotion, interaction, and education made this workshop one of the best that I have attended."
