You’re enough. Even if life has convinced you otherwise...
I’m Nadine Machkovech, a mom, partner to the best, and advocate in recovery. Since 2014, I've graced the TEDx stage. Became a published author. And a research-backed storyteller helping schools, organizations, and communities create conversations that remind people they matter.
Through authentic storytelling, practical tools, and lived experience, I help audiences move from surviving to connection, resilience, and hope.
Because healing begins when someone finally feels seen.

This Work Is Personal
I’m Nadine—speaker, author of Enough Already, and Executive Director of RISE TOGETHER.
For over a decade, I’ve been doing this work in rooms across the country. I help people tell the truth about what they’re carrying and create spaces where connection actually happens.
This isn’t theory.
It’s lived experience, real conversations, and work backed by over 10,000 data points, peer-reviewed by Penn State College of Medicine and indexed in the National Institutes of Health.

What People Experience
This isn’t just a talk people listen to.
It’s something they feel and carry with them afterward.
“This was the first time I felt like someone actually understood what we’re dealing with.”
“You didn’t just speak, you created a space where people could be real.”
“Our team is still talking about this weeks later.”
More Than a Message
Most programs focus on awareness.
This work focuses on connection because connection is what actually changes people. Through storytelling, peer-led models, and real conversation, this approach helps people:
-
feel safe enough to open up
-
build trust with themselves and others
-
move from isolation into connection
-
take action in their own lives and communities
If you’ve been holding a lot for a long time…
you don’t have to keep doing it alone anymore.
